  • Securing financing (e.g. mortgage), obtaining a valuation report, arranging notarial escrow, or other necessary steps,
  • Signing the purchase contract,

7. What are the typical costs when selling/buying a property?

When selling:

With RK Realiťáci, legal services, marketing, portal listings, and the standard land registry fee are included in our commission.

When buying:

  • Purchase price,

  • Mortgage fees (if you need one),

  • Expert appraisal fee (most often when financing a property with a mortgage loan)

  • Costs for notary custody or bank binding in the case of financing part or all of the purchase price from your own funds (ensures security in a real estate transaction)

  • Fee for deposit in the bank's mortgage contract register.
